RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with the product you can return it to us for a gift certificate of the same amount within7 days of the receipt of the product. Following is the procedure for return:(Please note that product purchased on discount and during sale season will not be exchanged/returned)

  1. Take a photograph of the product and email it to us at support@sherrish.com with a brief reason for returning the product.
  2. We would provide you with a confirmation and a return label please print it and properly paste it on the box.
  3. Please take care that the product is packed carefully and the box is not making any sound when shaken.
  4. Send the box through a reputed courier company (Blue Dart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, AFL, DHL) and provide us the Tracking number.
  5. Once the product reaches us, we would immediately inform you and start the processing your request,either exchange or return whichever is applicable.
  6. Please allow 21 days from the receipt of the product by us to provide you the gift certificate and 7 days for exchange.
  7. Gift certificate will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to any location in territorial India is 60rs flat and shopping above 999rs is absolutely free. We provide you with a tracking number as well. Unfortunately, this does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands or any international destinations. If you wish to inquire about shipping to these destinations, please email us at support@sherrish.com

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary between 5-7 business days as we go through long long quality check and packing. Orders are usually processed within 4 business days. Keep in mind that orders placed at the beginning of the month may take up to 7 business days to process because of high volume.

Can I track my order?
Of course! What fun would online shopping be without being able to obsessively anticipate your order? We’ll keep you updated via email through the process of completing your order and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can track its progress to your door. You’ll also be able to see the status and tracking number by logging into www.sherrish.com.

Where can I track my orders?
Order status - This value added feature is available for all our Registered Users. Once you have placed your order with sherrish.com online, we will keep you updated on the status of your order up to dispatch, through your www.sherrish.com  account. Please login to My Account at any time to view the status under My Orders.

On dispatch of your order you will receive your Tracking Number from us by email. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to our logistic providers. It may take us up to 5 working days to process your orders.If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us. We will email you back with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package. If you have a question about the status of your order, please contact us at support@sherrish.com or call us & we will email you a reply within 2 working days.


Cancellation Policy

Sherrish.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Sherrish.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good within 24 hours.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In cancellation of Online paid orders cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order, The customer will be liable to get full cash refund paid to the Brand.
  • For cancellation of COD orders the product will not be dispatched to the customer, and the customer will not be liable to get any refund.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by gift certificate.We will not be providing cash back policy, You will receive the same amount of gift certificate from Sherrish.com which can be redeemed within 6 months of date of issue. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund gift certificate which is viable for 6months from the date of issue of gift certificate. Please take a note that No cash back will be provided if your shopped amount is less than provided in the gift certificate.We develop and sell Accessories that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide..To request a refund, simply contact us(Support@sherrish.com) with your purchase details within fifteen (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.Refunds of gift certificate are being processed within 21 days  working days period.
